Sacred Hours Doula was born from a place of deep empathy and lived experience. As a certified Birth and Bereavement Doula through Stillbirthday, I offer compassionate, trauma-informed support to families navigating miscarriage and pregnancy loss. My goal is to provide a steady presence during the sacred, often unspoken hours of grief—offering emotional support, practical resources, and a safe space to honor your story.

Sacred Hours Doula

Providing compassionate care and support for families navigating pregnancy loss, both in person and virtually.

  • No matter where you are, you don't have to walk through loss alone. Virtual support allows me to come alongside you in real time—offering emotional support, guidance, and resources through video or phone sessions. Whether you're in the midst of miscarriage, navigating the days after, or processing grief weeks or months later, I’m here to hold space for your story and help you feel seen, supported, and never rushed.

  • There’s something powerful about being held in a safe, physical space during seasons of loss. These one-on-one, in-person coaching sessions offer a sacred pause—a place to talk, reflect, and receive gentle guidance as you move through grief. Every session is tailored to your emotional needs and paced with care and intention.

  • A space born from love, loss, and the desire to help others feel less alone. Stella’s Table will be a small, in-person gathering hosted around one shared table in our studio—a place where those who’ve experienced pregnancy or infant loss can come together to share, reflect, and begin to heal. As I complete my certification as a Pregnancy & Infant Loss Group Facilitator, these intimate sessions will offer gentle guidance, open conversation, and collective support. With limited seats and a small fee to encourage personal investment, Stella’s Table invites you to sit, breathe, and be held—just as you are.

  • At Sacred Hours Doula, I understand that financial constraints shouldn’t prevent families from receiving the care and support they need during such a difficult time.

Donations are welcome to help sustain this service, but there is no obligation—my primary focus is ensuring that you receive the support you need, regardless of your ability to pay
